What a phone examination can help with

What can be recovered?
Results depend on the phone model, operating system, encryption, device condition, access credentials and the data that remains available. An extraction cannot guarantee recovery of all deleted messages or all device information. We discuss these limitations before you authorize the work.
Can an inspection rule out all spyware?
No examination can guarantee detection or removal of every threat. Tell us about your concerns and any suspected targeted spyware, including Pegasus, so we can discuss whether an appropriate examination is available. A clean result means no evidence was identified within the examination’s scope; it does not prove that every possible threat is absent.

Call us before changing, resetting or installing software on the device. We will discuss the device, your authority to have it examined, available access credentials and how to preserve relevant evidence. Do not send passwords or sensitive case details through the contact form.
